I have learned from hundreds of weddings what it means to tell a story from start to finish, select and work with your vendors, and create the best experience for my couples. From bonding over our discovery call to feeling comfortable with me to giving organic direction on the engagement session/wedding day and peace of mind through this process, I want you to feel confident about the artist you’re bringing to your most sacred time. I am passionate about relationships, which is at the center of our journey together. We build trust by getting to know each other, and it’s my privilege to share my expertise in this industry with you. You get my time, knowledge, and whole heart when you choose to work with me. There is no gatekeeping here!

Many of my couples come into this process feeling like they don’t know how this all works and what they need. Some clients feel awkward in front of the camera but desire natural, elevated, and documentary photos on their wedding day! If you identify with either scenario, I might be your girl. During our client discovery call, I will guide you through this process step by step and ensure your needs are met from the beginning. We discuss the activities and events of your wedding weekend and, from there, create a custom collection based on your needs. The most crucial part of achieving your vision is the artist you choose to work with. It is my highest honor and mission to make you feel comfortable with me to the point where I am just a friend in your space, leading and guiding you naturally when needed. 01 | WEDDINGS

Throughout your wedding weekend, I will capture your big and small moments through my documentary style of photography. My goal is for you to be so present on your wedding day that when you go back through your images, you can throw yourself back into each moment, even seeing moments that you might not have noticed on your wedding day! It is so important to me for you to live in the moment and trust that I am capturing every detail from start to finish. Associate team begins at $6,000

Weddings with Katie start at $7,500 for 8 hours of coverage.

02 | ELOPEMENTS

For the couple going the non-traditional route for their wedding experience and not needing full coverage. I will document your day for as long as you need me, whether the two of you or your 15 closest people. Elopements take place Monday - Thursday only.

*Elopement collections begin at $4,500 for 4 hours of coverage with an option to add on time and film.

03 | ENGAGEMENTS

Getting to know each other before your wedding/elopement is essential, and a couple's/engagement session is perfect for many reasons. You get amazing photos of yourself and your love, and we also get to build our relationship and get comfortable with each other before the wedding day. Being comfortable with me on your wedding day is so important; this session gets all the giddiness and nerves out. Not to mention the dreamy photos you will get back!

*Sessions begin at $1,500 and include an hour of coverage and one roll of film with the option to add additional time and film.

DISCOVERY CALL

Once you have reached out, I will send you a calendar link so you can schedule a time to connect and chat to see if we are the best fit to document your day! Here, we will get to know each other and discuss your vision for the wedding weekend.

BOOKING

Once we have become best friends over the phone and know we are the perfect fit, I will send over a contract for you to sign with a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date. Let’s make it official, baby!
